Renovations are hard enough. Our goal is to leave no trace
If you've ever been through a home construction project, you're no newbie to the noise, dust, and mess that comes along with it. Our mindful team takes care of your property as if it were our own. While some dirt and noise cannot be avoided, we try to be as minimally intrusive as possible.
1. Project Ranger
When you work with us, you will be assigned a Project Ranger. This skilled team member is responsible for providing daily updates, quick communication between you and the crew, and making sure that your project is on time and that your property is being taken care of. They will also work with your insurance company to move your claim toward closure.
During the initial phase of the project, your Project Ranger helps guide you through the overwhelming process of design and material selection.
2. Leave No Trace On-Site Dumpster & Removal
We provide on-site dump trailers for the removal of material and to help reduce the mess. Our team knows that when it comes to your project, craft & care are more important than speed. While our crews work efficiently, they also work hard to make sure your home and yard are taken care of. We'll protect your landscaping and other outdoor features to the best of our ability. We will also do a thorough sweep of your yard and landscaping with a magnet to make sure we pick up any loose nails or other debris.
3. Efficient Crews
Our crews have decades of experience. They chose to work for us because of our efficient communication and ability to provide high-quality work. They can complete jobs quickly because of their experience. They are true craftsmen when it comes to repairing and installing new exterior finishes.
4. Post Project Inspection & Approval
After completing your project, your Project Ranger and crew will conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure that your home is being left in a good state and that we have completed all previously agreed-upon work and clean-up. If there are any concerns, we'll take care of them per our agreement. Our Concierge will stay in touch and be available to you 90 days post-completion in case you have a question or concern down the road.
